Our Exchange/Return Policies


Our return policy is valid for 7 days. Unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange after this period.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete this process, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Once approved, your refund will be processed and your credit card or original method of payment with be credited within 2 weeks from confirmation.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If your refund is not received within 2 weeks, please get int touch with your credit card company or bank, as this process may take some time to be processed by the merchants.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately items on sale cannot be refunded.


Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time may vary for the exchanged product to arrive.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We will not accept liability should these items not reach us.
